Procedural Forest, UE4

Here is my latest little home-tinkering project, a procedural forest of 1x1km

I wanted to try out some of Unreals features like the Foliage Volumes, PoM, Contact Shadows and the new SSGI that arrived in 4.23.
In the scene, 100% of all the assets were placed using either the Procedural Foliage Volumes or Grass Layers. I used volumes to place all the larger assets, even the rocks, and anything small enough not to require collision was placed using landscape Grass Layers.
The goal here was to see if I could make a believable scene/world without placing anything manually.
I also.. may have exaggerated the GI quite a bit , because GI is cool! That is all.

All the assets and textures are scanned by myself and modelled in Blender 2.8.

It was all scanned in the same little patch of forest that I found close to where I live. It had a pretty unique look compared to everything surrounding it, so I wanted to see if I could capture it, turn it into up to 11 and into a bigger patch of forest.
