THE FINALS - Las Vegas

I am absolutely terrible at restraining myself and picking just a few good images. So you are going to get them all. You have been warned!

Las Vegas was the first "real" map for THE FINALS that I worked on from start to finish. Quite a departure from my usual stuff, so it was an interesting challenge. I was responsible for most of the exterior parts of the map, doing dressing creating the ground shaders and textures, vegetation, building the casino fronts and hotel buildings, based on concepts from the concept team.

The goal of the map was recreate the feeling of downtown Las Vegas, the iconic Freemont Street to be more precise. A place we also visited on a reference trip before starting work on the map.

As always, every map is a team effort, and everyone in the art team pitched in at one point or another, but the main people responsible for the map was:
